1. Eligibility

1.1 The j199 platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By accessing j199, you warrant that you are 18 or older and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

1.2 j199 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Where a player cannot satisfy j199's age verification requirements, the account will be suspended pending compliance, and any winnings accrued during that period may be voided.

1.3 It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of j199 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction within Pakistan. j199 provides no warranty that access to its services is lawful in every city or province. Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited must not register or place bets.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Each individual may hold only one active account on j199. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. j199 may at any time require you to verify your identity by submitting a copy of a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued document.

2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j199 login credentials. j199 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your password.

2.4 j199 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that it determines, in its reasonable discretion, has been registered using false, incomplete, or misleading information.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 j199 supports Pakistani Rupee (PKR) deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are published in the Cashier section and may be updated without prior notice.

3.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. j199 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal to satisfy anti-money laundering obligations.

3.3 j199 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in the name of the registered j199 account holder.

3.4 j199 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, account sharing, or breach of these Terms. Affected players will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarifying information.

3.5 j199 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or telecommunications infrastructure outside its direct control.

4. Betting Rules

4.1 All bets placed on j199 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or game. Where the platform-level rules and a specific game's rules conflict, the specific game rules shall prevail.

4.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. j199 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds resulting from a system error or pricing mistake.

4.3 In the event of a suspended or abandoned event, settled bets will follow the published settlement rules for that sport. Live in-play bets on cricket, including PSL matches and international fixtures, are subject to j199's cricket betting rules, which are available in the FAQ section.

4.4 j199 casino games, including slots, live baccarat, Dragon Tiger, roulette, Teen Patti, and all other titles, use RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer mechanics. Results are final once the game round is completed and credited to your account.

4.5 j199 reserves the right to void any bet where it has evidence of match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of sports integrity violation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 j199 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional credits to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods.

5.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance. The wagering requirement must be completed before bonus-derived winnings may be transferred to the main (withdrawable) balance.

5.3 j199 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed in good faith, j199 will honour the terms that were published at the time of claim.

5.4 The use of multiple accounts, VPN services, or any other method to claim a promotion more than once per eligible player constitutes bonus abuse. j199 may confiscate bonuses and associated winnings and suspend the accounts involved.

6. Prohibited Conduct

6.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on j199 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Pakistani law.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18.
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing account restrictions.
• Making threats, abusive communications, or harassment directed at j199 staff or other platform users.
• Misrepresenting your identity or the source of your funds.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 j199 is committed to responsible gaming. All players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within the platform, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

7.2 Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of a verified request. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.

7.3 j199 may in its discretion close or restrict an account where it reasonably believes a player is exhibiting signs of problem gambling, even in the absence of a formal self-exclusion request.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on j199, including text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and design elements, is the property of j199 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any j199 content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of j199 intellectual property may give rise to legal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 j199 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. j199 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j199 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data loss, or financial loss caused by third-party payment failures.

9.3 j199's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Suspension & Termination

10.1 j199 may suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached.

10.2 Players may close their j199 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be refunded to the player's verified payment method, subject to identity verification and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

10.3 j199 reserves the right to terminate accounts and retain balances where evidence of fraud, multiple accounts, or prohibited conduct is established after a reasonable internal investigation.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to j199's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through j199's internal complaints process will be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified in j199's licensing conditions.

11.2 Players in Pakistan agree to submit any unresolved dispute to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed neutral arbitrator. Nothing in this clause limits j199's right to seek injunctive relief in any competent court.

12. Amendments

12.1 j199 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of j199 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

12.2 Material changes that affect your rights will be communicated via the registered email address or mobile number on your account at least 7 days before taking effect, where practicable.
